Job Description

Are you a highly organized, tech-savvy individual with a passion for digital communication and social media? We are seeking a dedicated Remote Digital Assistant to join our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and schedule content for various social media platforms (LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram), ensuring brand consistency and engagement.
  • Monitor social media channels for trends, mentions, and inquiries, escalating as necessary.
  • Assist in the creation of engaging digital content, including text, image, and video assets.
  • Perform general administrative tasks such as email management, calendar coordination, document preparation, and data entry.
  • Organize and maintain digital files and databases.
  • Support internal communications initiatives and assist with virtual event coordination.
  • Research and compile information for reports and presentations.
  • Provide technical support for remote collaboration tools.
  • Collaborate with marketing and other departments to ensure cohesive digital strategies.
  • Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and social media best practices.

Required Skills

  • Proficiency in social media management platforms (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social).
  • Strong understanding of major social media channels (LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • High level of proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) or Google Workspace.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and proactively in a remote setting.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Basic graphic design skills (e.g., Canva, Adobe Express) for creating social media visuals.
