Job Description

Are you passionate about plants and looking for a rewarding part-time role in the Boise area? The Davey Tree Expert Company is seeking a dedicated Plant Watering Assistant to join our local neighborhood service team. This is a perfect opportunity for individuals who enjoy working outdoors, have an eye for detail, and are committed to nurturing healthy plant life. You will be responsible for ensuring that various indoor and outdoor plants in residential and commercial settings receive optimal hydration, contributing directly to the beauty and vitality of our clients’ landscapes and interiors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute daily watering schedules for a diverse range of plants across multiple client properties.
  • Assess soil moisture levels and plant health to determine appropriate watering needs.
  • Monitor plants for signs of distress, pests, or disease and report findings to supervisors.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of watering equipment and supplies.
  • Adhere to safety protocols and company guidelines at all times.
  • Provide exceptional customer service through careful and respectful interaction with client properties.
  • Accurately record watering times and any specific observations for each location.

Required Skills

  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
