Job Description
Are you a motivated 15-year-old looking for your first job in a dynamic and fast-paced environment? The Cheesecake Factory in Scottsdale is hiring enthusiastic Bussers to join our high-energy team! Key Responsibilities
- Clear and reset tables quickly and efficiently after guests depart.
- Assist servers by delivering water, bread, and other table needs.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining room, service stations, and restrooms.
- Stock necessary supplies such as silverware, napkins, and condiments.
- Support kitchen staff by running food and assisting with plate setup as needed.
- Ensure all guest areas are kept spotless throughout service.
- Adhere to all safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Work collaboratively with servers and other team members to provide excellent service.
Required Skills
- Must be 15 years of age or older.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Strong work ethic and reliability.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 25 pounds regularly.
- Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Legally authorized to work in the United States.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in customer service or a team-oriented role (not required, but a plus).
- A keen eye for detail and cleanliness.
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new procedures.
