Job Description
We are seeking a highly creative and skilled Pinterest Video Editor to join our growing team. This role is crucial for developing engaging and impactful Idea Pins for our diverse portfolio of clients. You will be responsible for conceptualizing, shooting (or sourcing assets), and editing short-form video content specifically tailored for the Pinterest platform, ensuring it aligns with brand guidelines and marketing objectives. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for aesthetics, a strong understanding of current social media trends, and a proven ability to tell stories visually.
Key Responsibilities
- Conceptualize, script, and storyboard engaging Pinterest Idea Pins based on client briefs and marketing goals.
- Edit raw footage, stock imagery, and motion graphics into polished, short-form video content optimized for Pinterest.
- Collaborate closely with marketing strategists, content creators, and clients to ensure video content aligns with overall campaigns.
- Manage multiple video projects simultaneously, from concept to final delivery, meeting tight deadlines.
- Stay up-to-date with Pinterest trends, best practices, and new features to ensure innovative content creation.
- Provide creative input and suggestions to enhance video quality and effectiveness.
- Ensure all video content adheres to brand guidelines, legal requirements, and platform specifications.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve).
- Strong understanding of visual storytelling and composition.
- Experience with motion graphics and animation (e.g., Adobe After Effects).
- Excellent knowledge of Pinterest as a platform, particularly Idea Pins and video best practices.

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
