Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Quick Service Pro to join our team in Pasco, WA. This role is perfect for individuals passionate about providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. As a Quick Service Pro, you will be an integral part of our store operations, ensuring every customer receives a high-quality product and a memorable experience. Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service, taking orders accurately and efficiently.
- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages and food items according to Starbucks' high standards.
- Operate point-of-sale systems and handle cash and card transactions with accuracy.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including food preparation areas, service counters, and dining areas.
- Follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines.
- Assist with inventory management, stocking shelves, and ensuring product availability.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and a positive atmosphere.
- Resolve customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
