Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and creative Online Pinterest Scheduler to join our remote team. This is a flexible, choose-your-own-hours position perfect for someone passionate about visual storytelling and driving engagement on Pinterest. You will be responsible for curating, scheduling, and optimizing pins to expand our brand’s reach and drive traffic to our listings. This role requires an understanding of Pinterest trends, SEO best practices, and analytics to continuously improve performance. Ideal candidates will have a keen eye for aesthetics and a proactive approach to social media management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive Pinterest content strategy aligned with brand goals.
  • Curate and design compelling Pins (both static images and video pins) that align with brand aesthetics and current trends.
  • Write engaging pin descriptions, including relevant keywords for optimal search visibility.
  • Schedule Pins consistently throughout the week to maintain an active presence.
  • Organize and maintain Pinterest boards, ensuring they are cohesive and visually appealing.
  • Monitor Pinterest analytics to track performance, identify trends, and provide insights.
  • Research popular keywords, trending topics, and competitor strategies on Pinterest.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure content consistency across all platforms.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest Pinterest features, best practices, and algorithm changes.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience managing and growing Pinterest accounts.
  • Strong understanding of Pinterest SEO and keyword research.
  • Proficiency with Pinterest scheduling tools (e.g., Tailwind, Later, Buffer).
  • Excellent visual curation and design skills, with an eye for aesthetics.
  • Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
