Job Description
We are seeking observant and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Customer Service Secret Shoppers in the Garden Grove area. This unique role involves anonymously evaluating the customer service experience at various Ralphs locations. Your insights will be crucial in helping us maintain our high standards of service and identify areas for improvement. You will be responsible for visiting stores, interacting with staff as a regular customer, and providing objective, detailed feedback on your experience. This is an immediate opening for an enthusiastic individual ready to make a tangible impact on customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Anonymously visit designated Ralphs Grocery Company store locations as a regular customer.
- Observe and evaluate various aspects of the customer experience, including store cleanliness, product availability, staff demeanor, helpfulness, and adherence to company policies.
- Engage with store associates in a typical customer interaction scenario, such as asking for assistance or making a purchase.
- Complete detailed and objective evaluation reports immediately after each visit, providing constructive feedback and specific examples.
- Adhere strictly to assignment guidelines and deadlines.
- Maintain confidentiality regarding all evaluation findings and the nature of your role.
- Submit receipts and other required documentation for reimbursement and record-keeping.
