As our Part-time Virtual Coordinator, you will be instrumental in supporting our clients and internal teams during critical weekend virtual events. Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and manage logistics for virtual events scheduled on weekends, ensuring timely setup and smooth operation.
  • Provide technical and administrative support to event hosts, speakers, and attendees before and during live virtual sessions.
  • Monitor event platforms for technical issues, troubleshoot problems, and escalate as necessary to ensure minimal disruption.
  • Assist with pre-event preparations, including participant registration, content distribution, and platform testing.
  • Communicate effectively with all stakeholders, providing updates and addressing inquiries in a professional manner.
  • Prepare post-event summaries and feedback reports to contribute to continuous improvement.
  • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of various virtual event technologies and best practices.

Required Skills

  • Proficiency in using virtual meeting and event platforms (e.g., Zoom, Webex, Microsoft Teams).
