Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Senior Companion Aide for a unique 100% Non-Voice/Non-Clinical role. This position is vital to our operations, focusing on administrative support, logistical coordination, and ensuring the smooth delivery of our companion care services without direct client voice interaction or clinical duties. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem-solver with excellent organizational skills, passionate about contributing to a caring environment from a behind-the-scenes perspective.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and organize client and caregiver documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Coordinate and schedule non-clinical appointments and transportation for clients.
- Monitor and replenish inventory of non-medical supplies for companion services.
- Assist with data entry and maintenance of client service records within our system.
- Prepare non-clinical reports and summaries for management review.
- Facilitate communication between companion aides and administrative staff via written channels.
- Ensure all administrative tasks align with company policies and ethical standards.
Required Skills
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in an administrative or supportive role, preferably in healthcare.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data management.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
- Experience with home care scheduling or client management software.
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and client confidentiality best practices.
