Job Description
Join Google’s innovative team as a Training Data Quality Control Specialist. This 100% remote role focuses on ensuring the highest quality of data used to train our cutting-edge AI and machine learning models. You will play a critical part in reviewing, annotating, and validating various types of data, identifying inaccuracies, and providing feedback to improve data collection and annotation processes. Key Responsibilities
- Review and validate annotated data for accuracy, completeness, and adherence to guidelines.
- Identify and report inconsistencies, errors, and ambiguities in training datasets.
- Provide constructive feedback to data annotators and contribute to the refinement of annotation guidelines.
- Participate in calibration sessions to ensure consistent understanding and application of quality standards.
- Collaborate with project managers and AI engineers to understand data requirements and quality expectations.
- Maintain detailed records of quality control activities and findings.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of data quality processes and tools.
Required Skills

- Proficiency in using web browsers and standard office software (e.g., Google Workspace).
