Job Description

This program is designed for ambitious individuals with little to no prior driving experience, providing comprehensive training, mentorship, and a clear path to a full-time driving role upon successful completion. Key Responsibilities
- Actively participate in all classroom and on-the-road training sessions.
- Learn and adhere to all DOT regulations, company policies, and safety standards.
- Develop skills in safe vehicle operation, defensive driving techniques, and route management.
- Practice pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
- Maintain a professional demeanor and excellent attendance throughout the program.
- Prepare for and pass commercial driver's license (CDL) exams.
Required Skills
- Valid driver's license for at least 1 year with a clean driving record.
- Ability to lift up to 70 lbs.
- Age 21 or older.
- Strong work ethic and commitment to safety.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to read and understand maps and GPS directions.
Preferred Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a role requiring attention to detail or physical labor.
- Familiarity with the Baltimore metropolitan area.
