Job Description
Are you 14 years old and looking for an exciting first job? Regal Cinemas in Simi Valley is seeking enthusiastic and friendly teens to join our team as Cinema Attendants! This is a fantastic opportunity to start your career, earn money, and enjoy the ultimate perk: free movies and popcorn! Key Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and assist them with ticket scanning and entry.
- Prepare and serve delicious popcorn, drinks, and other concession items with a smile.
- Maintain cleanliness and order in the lobby, auditoriums, restrooms, and other public areas.
- Help guests find their way around the cinema and answer their questions about showtimes or facilities.
- Support the team in ensuring a smooth and enjoyable movie experience for everyone.
- Adhere to all company policies, safety protocols, and sanitation guidelines.
- Handle cash and card transactions accurately and efficiently.
Required Skills
- Must be 14 years of age or older (with appropriate work permits, if required).
- Positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
- Eagerness to learn and take initiative.
- Reliability and punctuality are essential.
