Key Responsibilities

- Collaborate with support agents and team leads to ensure the accuracy and completeness of documented information.
- Identify recurring themes or critical information from interactions to contribute to knowledge base articles and process improvements.
- Adhere to strict confidentiality and data security protocols when handling sensitive customer information.
- Provide real-time summaries or insights to support agents as needed during complex interactions.
Required Skills
- Exceptional active listening and comprehension skills.
- High proficiency in typing (minimum 60 WPM with high accuracy).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to process and synthesize information quickly and accurately.
- Proficiency with standard office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace).
