Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Digital User Support Specialist with a specific focus on Google Account Security to join our team in Orem, UT. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for users experiencing issues related to Google account access, security, and integration with Adobe products and services. You will provide expert guidance, troubleshoot complex security scenarios, and ensure a seamless and secure digital experience for our global user base. This position requires a strong understanding of Google’s security protocols, a passion for user support, and the ability to articulate technical information clearly and empathetically.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide front-line technical support to users regarding Google account security, authentication, and access issues.
- Diagnose and resolve complex problems related to Google account recovery, suspicious activity, and multi-factor authentication.
- Educate users on best practices for Google account security and data protection.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including security, engineering, and product development, to escalate and resolve complex technical issues.
- Document all interactions, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions accurately in our CRM system.
- Stay updated on the latest Google security features, updates, and potential vulnerabilities.
- Assist in creating and updating knowledge base articles and user guides related to Google account security.
- Identify trends in user issues and provide feedback to improve processes and product integrations.
Required Skills
- 1+ years of experience in a digital user support or technical helpdesk role.
- Demonstrable understanding of Google account security features (e.g., 2FA, account recovery, security checkup).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a methodical approach to troubleshooting.
- Proficiency with CRM software and ticketing systems.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- High level of empathy and patience when dealing with user concerns.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud or other Adobe products.
- Familiarity with various operating systems (Windows, macOS, iOS, Android).
- Certification in IT support or cybersecurity (e.g., CompTIA A+, Google IT Support Certificate).
