Job Description

Are you looking for a stable, full-time role with a leading global retailer? Tesco is seeking enthusiastic and reliable individuals to join our Duncrue Industrial Estate Distribution Centre in Belfast as an Order Picker. No prior experience is required, as we provide comprehensive, full training to ensure you are confident and competent in your role. You will be an integral part of our logistics team, responsible for accurately picking and preparing customer orders for dispatch, contributing directly to our mission of delivering quality products to our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Accurately pick products according to customer orders using handheld scanning devices.
  • Operate warehouse equipment (e.g., pallet trucks, forklifts) safely and efficiently after receiving full training.
  • Ensure picked items are of high quality and meet packaging standards.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to achieve daily targets and maintain a clean, organized work environment.
  • Adhere to all health and safety regulations and company policies.
  • Assist with inventory checks and stock rotation as required.

  • A valid driving license is an advantage for commuting to the site.
