Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a customer service or call center environment.
- Familiarity with Google Workspace (Gmail, Docs, Drive, Calendar) and other Google services.
- Experience with CRM software or ticketing systems.
- Ability to speak additional languages.
