Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a WFH UPS Support – Remote Data Entry Specialist. This is a 100% remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our data, directly supporting UPS operations. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to thrive in an independent work environment while meeting deadlines. This role involves comprehensive data management, customer query resolution related to data entries, and supporting various administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform accurate and timely data entry for various UPS systems and databases.
  • Verify data integrity and accuracy, identifying and correcting discrepancies.
  • Respond to and resolve data-related inquiries from internal teams and customers.
  • Generate reports and summaries based on entered data as required.
  • Maintain confidentiality and security of all sensitive information.
  • Assist with administrative tasks and special projects as assigned.
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures related to data entry and remote work.

Required Skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Excellent typing speed and accuracy.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Reliable internet connection and a dedicated home office space.
