Job Description
We are seeking enthusiastic and detail-oriented Remote UX/UI Testers to join our product development team. This is a unique opportunity to provide critical feedback on our latest software and features from the comfort of your home. You will be responsible for meticulously testing user interfaces, identifying bugs, and providing comprehensive feedback by recording your screen and narrating your observations. Your insights will directly influence the development and improvement of our world-class products, ensuring a seamless and intuitive user experience for millions worldwide.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute test cases and explore new features to identify usability issues and bugs.
- Record your screen and narrate your thoughts and experiences while interacting with our products.
- Provide clear, concise, and actionable written and verbal feedback on user interface and user experience design.
- Document findings, including steps to reproduce bugs and suggestions for improvement.
- Participate in remote team meetings and collaborate with designers, developers, and product managers.
- Understand user flows and identify areas for improvement in overall user experience.
- Maintain a keen eye for detail to ensure consistency and quality across various product interfaces.
Required Skills
- Excellent observational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to articulate complex issues clearly and constructively.
- Proficiency with screen recording software (e.g., OBS Studio, Loom, QuickTime) or willingness to learn.
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
- Basic understanding of software applications and web interfaces.
- Reliable internet connection and a suitable remote workspace.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a testing or quality assurance role.
- Familiarity with UX/UI design principles and best practices.
- Experience using Adobe Creative Cloud applications.
- A portfolio or examples of previous feedback reports or bug reports (if available).
- Certification in software testing (e.g., ISTQB foundation level).
