Job Description

Are you a customer service virtuoso with a passion for delivering unparalleled support? Google is seeking a dedicated and proactive Remote Google Concierge to manage our most valued VIP customers. This is a 100% remote position, offering you the flexibility to work from anywhere in the UK while making a significant impact on our customer satisfaction and retention. As a Remote Google Concierge, you will be the primary point of contact for a select portfolio of high-value Google users, anticipating their needs, resolving complex issues with grace, and ensuring a seamless and positive experience across all Google products and services. You will embody the Google brand by providing personalized, proactive, and exceptional support that goes above and beyond expectations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively engage with a dedicated portfolio of VIP Google customers to build strong, lasting relationships.
  • Provide expert, personalized support for a wide range of Google products and services, including G Suite, Google Ads, Pixel, and more.
  • Act as a single point of contact, taking ownership of complex inquiries and issues from start to finish, coordinating with internal teams as needed.
  • Anticipate customer needs and offer tailored solutions and recommendations to enhance their Google experience.
  • Gather customer feedback and insights to contribute to product and service improvements.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of Google's evolving product landscape and stay informed on industry best practices.
  • Document all interactions and resolutions accurately within our CRM system.

Required Skills

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a natural ability to connect with individuals.
  • Proven experience in a VIP customer service, account management, or concierge role.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a methodical approach to troubleshooting.
  • High level of empathy, patience, and a calm demeanor under pressure.
  • Proficiency with modern communication tools and CRM software.
  • Ability to work independently and manage a diverse workload effectively in a remote environment.
  • Technologically savvy with a genuine interest in Google products and services.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Previous experience supporting Google products or similar technology platforms.
  • Familiarity with various Google ecosystems (e.g., Android, Chrome, Google Cloud).
  • Multilingual capabilities are a plus.
