Key Responsibilities
- Assist in defining product requirements and user stories based on market research, customer feedback, and business objectives.
- Support the product development lifecycle from ideation to launch, working closely with engineering, design, and QA teams.
- Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify opportunities and trends in AI and SaaS.
- Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and product reviews.
- Help track key product metrics and analyze performance to inform future product decisions.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing to develop product messaging and go-to-market strategies.
- Maintain and prioritize the product backlog under the guidance of senior product leadership.
Required Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- 1+ years of experience in product management, business analysis, or a related role within a technology company.
- Strong interest and foundational understanding of AI, machine learning, and SaaS platforms.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment.
- Familiarity with agile development methodologies.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with CRM platforms or enterprise software.
- Basic understanding of UX/UI principles.
- Demonstrated ability to translate technical concepts into user-friendly language.
- Previous internship or project experience in product development.
