Job Description

Are you a passionate gamer with a knack for helping others? Electronic Arts is looking for dedicated individuals to join our Home Support team. As an EA Home Support specialist, you will be the first line of contact for our global player base, providing exceptional customer service and technical assistance for a wide range of EA products and services. This is a remote role, allowing you to contribute to the ultimate player experience from the comfort of your home.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide world-class customer support via various channels (chat, email, phone) to EA players globally.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, account inquiries, billing problems, and game-related concerns.
  • Educate players on EA game features, policies, and solutions.
  • Document player interactions accurately and comprehensively in our support systems.
  • Identify and escalate complex issues to appropriate internal teams when necessary.
  • Stay up-to-date with new EA game releases, updates, and support procedures.
  • Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment.

Required Skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a methodical approach to troubleshooting.
  • Proficiency with computers and general technical aptitude.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment with minimal supervision.
  • Passion for video games and a basic understanding of the gaming industry.
  • Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to player satisfaction.
  • Ability to handle high-volume interactions while maintaining quality standards.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience in customer service, technical support, or a call center environment.
  • Familiarity with EA games and platforms (Origin, EA app, consoles).
  • Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk).
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills are a plus.
