Job Description
Be part of a unique opportunity to help shape the future of the movie-going experience! As a Cinema Secret Shopper, you will visit various Regal Cinema locations, primarily in the Zephyrhills, FL area, to evaluate specific aspects of our operations. This is an exciting role for a detail-oriented individual who loves movies and wants to contribute to ensuring top-tier customer service and operational standards. You will provide invaluable feedback on everything from cleanliness and staff friendliness to projection quality and concession offerings. Enjoy complimentary movie viewings as you work, making every shift an enjoyable outing.
Key Responsibilities
- Attend movie screenings at designated Regal Cinema locations.
- Observe and evaluate specific operational standards, including cleanliness, staff interaction, ticket purchasing process, concession quality, and screen/sound presentation.
- Complete detailed, objective reports promptly after each visit, utilizing a provided checklist and scoring system.
- Provide constructive feedback on areas for improvement and highlight positive experiences.
- Maintain strict confidentiality regarding all observations and findings.
- Adhere to all guidelines and instructions provided for each secret shop assignment.
Required Skills
- Excellent observational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong written communication skills for clear and concise reporting.
- Ability to work independently and adhere to deadlines.
- Reliable transportation to various cinema locations.
- Comfortable using digital tools for report submission (e.g., smartphone app or web portal).
- A passion for movies and the cinema experience.
