Job Description

Netflix is seeking motivated and enthusiastic individuals for a 3-month seasonal, remote position this summer. This role is perfect for students or anyone looking for short-term work experience in a fast-paced and innovative environment. You will contribute to various projects supporting our operational teams, helping to ensure our members continue to have a seamless and delightful entertainment experience. This is a fully remote position, offering flexibility and the chance to work from anywhere within the United States.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative and operational support to various teams, including content, marketing, or member services.
- Assist with data entry, report generation, and basic data analysis tasks.
- Collaborate with team members on ongoing projects and initiatives.
- Organize and maintain digital files and documentation.
- Participate in virtual team meetings and contribute to discussions.
- Help research industry trends or competitive landscapes as needed.
- Adhere to company policies and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
Required Skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides) or Microsoft Office Suite.

- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.

- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
