Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and personable Bilingual Receptionist to join our dynamic team in Louisville, Kentucky. This vital role serves as the first point of contact for our visitors and callers, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support. The ideal candidate will be proficient in English and another language (preferably Spanish) and possess excellent communication skills, a professional demeanor, and the ability to manage a busy front desk efficiently. Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome visitors warmly, directing them to the appropriate person or department.
- Answer and route incoming calls promptly and professionally, taking messages as needed.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
- Maintain a tidy and presentable reception area.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings and appointments for staff.
- Assist with various administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and scanning documents.
- Provide support to other departments as required.
- Ensure confidentiality of all sensitive information.
- Communicate effectively in both English and the second required language to assist diverse clients and visitors.
Required Skills
- Proven experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and a second language (e.g., Spanish).
- Professional attitude and appearance.
- Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Customer service orientation.
Preferred Qualifications
- Associate's degree or equivalent vocational training.
- Previous experience in the healthcare industry.
