Job Description

Join our dynamic team as Festival Wristband / Accreditation Staff for an exciting summer season in Fort Saskatchewan! Key Responsibilities

  • Greet festival attendees warmly and provide clear instructions regarding entry procedures.
  • Verify tickets, passes, and identification to ensure valid entry.
  • Accurately apply wristbands or distribute accreditation passes.
  • Assist with resolving entry issues and provide information about the festival layout and schedule.
  • Maintain a secure and organized accreditation area.
  • Handle cash or digital transactions for walk-up ticket sales if required.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members and event security personnel.
  • Adhere to all event policies, safety guidelines, and customer service standards.
