Key Responsibilities
- Operate basic machinery and equipment under supervision, following safety guidelines and procedures.
- Perform repetitive tasks on a production line, such as assembling components, inspecting products, and packaging finished goods.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all housekeeping standards.
- Follow all company policies and procedures, including safety regulations and quality control standards.
- Assist with loading and unloading materials and products as needed.
- Report any equipment malfunctions, safety hazards, or quality issues to a supervisor immediately.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors to meet production targets.
Required Skills
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Reliability and punctuality.
- Basic physical stamina, capable of standing for long periods and lifting up to 25 lbs.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes.
