Job Description

Bupa is seeking a motivated Virtual Health Coach Aide to join our growing remote team. This is an entry-level position where no prior experience is required, as comprehensive training will be provided to equip you with the knowledge and tools to excel. You will play a crucial role in supporting our members on their health journeys by assisting our certified health coaches, coordinating virtual sessions, and providing administrative support. Key Responsibilities
- Assist certified Health Coaches in delivering virtual wellness programs and initiatives.
- Manage scheduling and coordination of virtual coaching sessions for members.
- Prepare and distribute educational materials and resources to members as directed by coaches.
- Monitor and track member progress, maintaining accurate records in our secure systems.
- Provide administrative support to the virtual health coaching team, ensuring smooth operations.
- Communicate effectively with members to provide reminders, answer general inquiries, and offer encouragement.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance coaching support skills.
