Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive audio testing on various consumer electronic devices, including headphones, speakers, and soundbars.
- Identify and document sound anomalies, defects, and inconsistencies across different audio profiles and scenarios.
- Perform comparative listening tests against established benchmarks and competitor products.
- Collaborate with engineering and product development teams to provide detailed feedback and insights.
- Follow test plans and procedures meticulously to ensure consistent and reproducible results.
- Report bugs and test results accurately using designated tracking software.
- Contribute to the refinement of existing test methodologies and the development of new ones.
Required Skills
- An exceptionally acute sense of hearing and the ability to discern subtle audio differences.
- Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach to problem-solving.
- Familiarity with various consumer audio products and technologies.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment.
