Job Description
Join Bakkavor Group as a Lincolnshire Cabbage Picker, playing a vital role in our industrial-grade harvest operations. This physically demanding but rewarding role involves the manual harvesting of cabbages across our Lincolnshire farms, ensuring quality and efficiency. You will be part of a dedicated team, working outdoors in various weather conditions to meet production targets and supply fresh produce to our processing facilities. While the work is based in Lincolnshire, this position is managed from our Dagenham hub, providing logistical support and coordination. We are looking for reliable individuals with a strong work ethic and a commitment to agricultural excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Manually harvest cabbages at an industrial pace, ensuring quality standards are met.
- Operate and work alongside harvesting machinery safely and efficiently.
- Handle and pack harvested produce according to specified guidelines.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area in the field.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve daily harvest targets.

- Ability to perform strenuous physical labor for extended periods.
