Job Description
As a Limo Rental Host with a focus on Customer Experience, you will be the welcoming face and voice of AZ Limo, ensuring every client receives an impeccable start to their luxury transportation experience. You will manage bookings, answer inquiries, coordinate details with chauffeurs, and proactively address any client needs or concerns to guarantee seamless service. This role is pivotal in upholding our reputation for excellence and fostering long-lasting client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, handling inquiries via phone, email, and in-person with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Manage and process limousine rental bookings efficiently and accurately, ensuring all details are correctly captured.
- Provide detailed information about services, vehicle options, and pricing to prospective clients, assisting them in making informed decisions.
- Coordinate meticulously with chauffeurs to ensure timely arrivals, correct routes, and that all special client requests are met.
- Proactively communicate with clients regarding booking confirmations, changes, and any potential service adjustments to maintain transparency.
- Resolve customer issues or complaints promptly and professionally, always aiming for client satisfaction.
- Maintain an organized system for client records, booking details, and communication logs.
- Assist in maintaining the presentation and readiness of the reception area or client lounge, ensuring a welcoming environment.
- Collaborate with the operations team to optimize service delivery and enhance the overall client experience.
Required Skills
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
