Job Description

We are seeking a diligent and enthusiastic Storeperson Offsider to join our dynamic warehouse team in Gateshead. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for individuals keen to start a career in logistics and warehousing, as comprehensive training will be provided. As an Offsider, you will play a crucial role in supporting the efficient movement and storage of goods, ensuring that our operations run smoothly and safely. Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with the loading and unloading of goods from vehicles, ensuring accuracy and care.
  • Support the storage and retrieval of inventory within the warehouse, following established procedures.
  • Prepare items for dispatch, including picking, packing, and labelling.
  • Conduct regular checks of stock levels and report discrepancies.
  • Maintain a clean, organised, and safe work environment at all times.
  • Operate warehouse equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, trolleys) safely after receiving appropriate training.
  • Adhere strictly to all health and safety regulations and company policies.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors to achieve daily operational goals.
