Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Men’s Grooming Aide to join our upscale lounge team. This immediate start position is perfect for someone passionate about luxury service and grooming, eager to contribute to an exclusive guest experience. As an Aide, you will support our expert barbers and stylists, ensuring the lounge operates flawlessly and guests receive the highest standard of care from the moment they arrive. You will be instrumental in maintaining the pristine environment, preparing stations, and assisting with various grooming treatments, making every visit memorable.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare grooming stations with necessary tools, products, and fresh linens before each appointment.
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival, offer refreshments, and ensure their comfort throughout their visit.
- Assist barbers and stylists with various tasks, including product application, clean-up, and sterilization of equipment.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the grooming lounge, including waiting areas and product displays.
- Manage inventory of grooming products and supplies, notifying management when reordering is required.
- Ensure all health and safety protocols are strictly adhered to, maintaining a hygienic environment.
- Provide exceptional customer service, anticipating guest needs and addressing inquiries promptly and courteously.
- Support the booking and scheduling process as needed, ensuring smooth operational flow.
- Learn and become familiar with our range of luxury grooming products to assist guests with recommendations.
