Job Description

Key Responsibilities
- Assist lead technicians in the safe and efficient cleaning of gutters on residential and commercial properties.
- Follow all safety protocols and guidelines meticulously, including proper use of ladders and safety equipment.
- Prepare work sites by setting up ladders, tarps, and other necessary tools.
- Remove debris from gutters and downspouts, ensuring proper water flow.
- Clean up work areas thoroughly upon completion of tasks.
- Communicate effectively with lead technicians and team members.
- Maintain all provided equipment in good working condition.
Required Skills
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Comfortable working at heights on ladders (with proper safety equipment).
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to safety.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to lift and carry equipment up to 50 lbs.
- Basic understanding of English for communication and safety instructions.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in outdoor labor, maintenance, or cleaning roles.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (preferred, not required).
- Familiarity with local Durham, NC area.
