Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Junior Data Analyst to join our team in a part-time, weekend remote capacity. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to kickstart their career in data analytics within the healthcare technology sector. The successful candidate will support our data analysis efforts, providing crucial insights that drive decision-making. You will work closely with senior analysts and various stakeholders to extract, clean, and analyze data, contributing to projects that enhance our services and solutions. Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the collection, cleaning, and preparation of large datasets for analysis.
- Perform basic statistical analysis and data modeling to identify trends and patterns.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using data visualization tools.
- Support senior analysts in ad-hoc data requests and special projects.
- Document data sources, methodologies, and findings clearly and concisely.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and deliver actionable insights.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity across all analytical activities.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, functions).
- Basic understanding of SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
- Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.
