Job Description
As a Limo Associate with Blacklane, you will be an integral part of our esteemed chauffeur team, dedicated to providing unparalleled luxury ground transportation services. This role focuses on the afternoon and evening roster, ensuring our clients receive exceptional service during peak travel times. You will be responsible for operating high-end vehicles, maintaining meticulous vehicle standards, and delivering a safe, punctual, and comfortable experience for every passenger. Your professionalism and attention to detail will uphold Blacklane’s reputation for premium service.
Key Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently operate luxury vehicles for client transportation according to scheduled routes and ad-hoc requests.
- Ensure timely arrival for all scheduled pickups and maintain punctuality throughout the journey.
- Provide exceptional customer service, assisting clients with luggage, opening doors, and addressing any needs or inquiries professionally.
- Maintain the pristine condition of assigned vehicles, including regular cleaning, checking fluid levels, and reporting any maintenance issues promptly.
- Adhere to all traffic laws, company policies, and safety regulations.
- Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
- Utilize dispatch systems and navigation tools efficiently.
- Handle client information with the utmost discretion and confidentiality.
Required Skills
- Valid US Driver's License (Class E or equivalent for livery/chauffeur service in NYC)
- Clean driving record
- Excellent knowledge of Manhattan and NYC metropolitan area routes
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Punctual and reliable
- Ability to lift and carry luggage
- Professional demeanor and appearance
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience as a chauffeur, limousine driver, or in a luxury service industry role
- Familiarity with luxury vehicle operations and maintenance
- Customer service experience in a high-end environment
- Fluent in multiple languages
