Key Responsibilities

- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints efficiently, escalating complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary.
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality and adhere to all data privacy regulations.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development sessions to stay current with program updates.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure service delivery targets are met.
Required Skills
