Job Description

As a Retail Banker at Bank of America, you will be a crucial point of contact for our valued clients, providing exceptional customer service and financial guidance. You will play a key role in building and deepening client relationships by understanding their financial needs and offering suitable banking solutions, including accounts, loans, and investment products. This role requires a strong commitment to customer satisfaction, sales acumen, and adherence to all banking policies and procedures. You will work in a dynamic branch environment, contributing to a positive team culture and the overall success of the branch.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with clients in a friendly and professional manner to understand their financial needs and objectives.
  • Open new accounts, process transactions, and assist clients with various banking inquiries.
  • Identify opportunities to cross-sell and up-sell banking products and services based on client needs.
  • Educate clients on digital banking tools and services.
  • Adhere to all operational policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Resolve client issues and complaints efficiently and effectively.
  • Collaborate with branch team members to achieve sales goals and provide seamless client experiences.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge across all banking offerings.

  • Basic understanding of financial products and services.
