Job Description

Key Responsibilities
- Actively monitor and engage with community members across social media, forums, and other digital platforms.
- Respond to comments, questions, and feedback in a timely, professional, and empathetic manner.
- Identify and escalate critical issues or trends to relevant internal teams.
- Develop and implement community engagement strategies to increase participation and positive interaction.
- Moderate user-generated content to ensure adherence to community guidelines and brand standards.
- Collaborate with content and marketing teams to ensure consistent brand messaging.
- Gather insights from community feedback to help inform product development and service improvements.
- Organize and support online events, contests, and campaigns to foster community growth.
- Create regular reports on community sentiment, growth, and engagement metrics.
- Stay up-to-date with social media trends, community management best practices, and relevant industry news.
Required Skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong interpersonal and empathetic abilities.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with major social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Reddit, etc.).
- Basic understanding of online community dynamics and moderation principles.
