Key Responsibilities
- Curate and manage visually appealing Pinterest boards aligned with Michaels' brand identity and seasonal campaigns.
- Design high-quality, engaging pins using static images, videos, and infographics for various craft projects, product promotions, and DIY tutorials.
- Write compelling and keyword-rich pin descriptions to maximize search visibility and user engagement.
- Stay informed on the latest Pinterest trends, algorithm changes, and best practices to optimize content strategy.
- Schedule pins strategically for optimal reach and audience interaction.
- Monitor Pinterest performance metrics and provide insights to improve future content.
- Collaborate with the broader marketing team to ensure Pinterest content aligns with overall marketing goals and campaigns.
- Identify opportunities for new content series or collaborations on the Pinterest platform.
Required Skills
- Proven proficiency in using and navigating the Pinterest platform.
