Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Pinterest Ads Manager to join our dynamic team. This is a 100% remote work-from-home opportunity, offering significant commission potential. You will be responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing high-performing Pinterest ad campaigns for a diverse portfolio of clients. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving ROI through Pinterest advertising, a passion for data-driven decision-making, and an ability to stay ahead of platform trends. Key Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive Pinterest ad strategies aligned with client business objectives and target audience insights.
- Execute and manage end-to-end Pinterest ad campaigns, including campaign setup, ad creative testing, targeting, bidding strategies, and budget allocation.
- Continuously monitor campaign performance, analyze key metrics (ROAS, CPA, CTR, etc.), and identify opportunities for optimization.
- Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, landing pages, and audience segments to improve campaign effectiveness.
- Provide regular performance reports, insights, and recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest Pinterest advertising features, trends, and best practices.
- Collaborate with creative teams to develop compelling ad copy and visuals optimized for Pinterest.
- Manage and optimize ad spend to ensure efficient use of budgets and achievement of KPIs.
- Contribute to new business pitches and proposals by providing Pinterest advertising expertise.
Required Skills
- Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience managing Pinterest advertising campaigns for clients.
- Proficiency in Pinterest Ads Manager and related analytics tools.
- Strong understanding of e-commerce, retail, and lifestyle brand marketing on Pinterest.
- Demonstrated ability to achieve measurable results and drive strong ROI through Pinterest ads.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficient in Google Analytics or similar web analytics platforms.
- Experience with A/B testing methodologies and optimization techniques.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field.
- Certifications in Pinterest advertising or other relevant digital marketing platforms.
- Experience with other paid social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.).
- Background working in an agency environment or managing multiple client accounts.
- Familiarity with marketing automation and CRM tools.
