Job Description
We are seeking a highly professional and dedicated Chauffeur to join our executive support team. This role involves providing safe, punctual, and discreet transportation services for executives, clients, and guests. The ideal candidate will possess excellent driving skills, a strong commitment to privacy, and impeccable customer service. You will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and operational readiness of company vehicles, ensuring a premium experience for all passengers. Key Responsibilities
- Provide safe, reliable, and timely transportation for executives, clients, and guests to various destinations.
- Maintain strict punctuality for all scheduled appointments and ensure efficient route planning.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and safety regulations, prioritizing passenger safety and comfort.
- Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections of vehicles, including fuel levels, tire pressure, and general mechanical soundness.
- Ensure company vehicles are immaculately clean, both interior and exterior, at all times.
- Assist passengers with luggage and other belongings as needed.
- Maintain confidentiality and discretion regarding all passenger information and conversations.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and management regarding schedules, delays, or vehicle issues.
- Keep accurate records of mileage, fuel consumption, and maintenance activities.
- Represent JP Morgan Chase & Co. with professionalism and a polished demeanor.
Required Skills
- Valid state driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Minimum of 2 years of professional chauffeur or commercial driving experience.
- Excellent knowledge of local traffic laws and routes within the region.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion.
- Exceptional punctuality and time management abilities.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to vehicle cleanliness and maintenance.
