Job Description
Are you a proactive and observant stay-at-home parent looking for a flexible opportunity to earn income during your daytime hours? Ipsos is seeking detail-oriented individuals in Joliet, IL, to join our team of Secret Shoppers. This unique role allows you to evaluate customer service, product availability, and store environments at various local businesses during your regular errands. Your valuable feedback will help companies improve their customer experience and service quality. This is a part-time, flexible position, perfect for those who want to balance work with family commitments, offering assignments that fit your schedule. No prior experience is necessary; we provide all the training you need to succeed.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct assigned secret shop visits to various retail stores, restaurants, and service providers in the Joliet area during flexible daytime hours.
- Observe and evaluate specific aspects of the customer experience, including staff friendliness, product knowledge, cleanliness, and overall service quality, according to detailed guidelines.
- Interact with staff in a natural manner, posing as a typical customer.
- Accurately complete online questionnaires and reports after each visit, providing detailed and objective feedback.
- Adhere to all project guidelines, deadlines, and ethical standards for secret shopping.
- Maintain confidentiality of all assignment details and observed information.
- Submit clear and concise written reports, often supported by photo evidence or receipt uploads.
