Job Description
We are seeking a vibrant and enthusiastic Part-time Sales Associate to join our team, focusing on weekend shifts in our upscale boutique mall location. As a Sales Associate, you will be the face of Anthropologie, responsible for creating an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. You will assist customers with product selection, process transactions, maintain visual merchandising standards, and contribute to a positive and engaging store atmosphere. This role is perfect for someone passionate about fashion, home decor, and fostering genuine connections with customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and engage customers warmly, offering personalized styling advice and product recommendations.
- Actively drive sales by understanding customer needs and presenting appropriate products.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using our POS system.
- Maintain immaculate store presentation, including merchandising, cleanliness, and organization.
- Assist with inventory management, including receiving, ticketing, and restocking merchandise.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales goals and uphold brand standards.
- Stay informed about current fashion trends, product knowledge, and promotional activities.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues with a friendly and professional demeanor.
Required Skills
