Key Responsibilities

• Participate actively and successfully complete the paid CNA training program.
• Assist patients with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and feeding.
• Help patients with mobility, transfers, and ambulation.
• Measure and record vital signs (temperature, pulse, respiration, blood pressure) accurately.
• Document patient care activities and observations in electronic health records.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe patient environment.
• Report any changes in patient condition or behavior to the nursing staff promptly.
• Communicate effectively and compassionately with patients, families, and team members.
• Adhere to all facility policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
• Provide emotional support and companionship to patients.
