Job Description
We are seeking a highly detail-oriented and accurate Sales Call Transcriber with a focus on lead management to join our remote team. In this critical role, you will be responsible for meticulously transcribing sales calls and meetings, extracting key information, and ensuring the accuracy and integrity of data that fuels our lead management processes. Your work will directly support our sales and marketing teams by providing valuable insights into customer interactions, pain points, and opportunities. This is a 100% remote position, offering flexibility and the chance to contribute to a dynamic, forward-thinking organization from anywhere.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately transcribe sales calls, demos, and internal sales meetings.
- Identify, categorize, and tag key data points related to leads, opportunities, customer needs, and follow-up actions.
- Ensure high levels of accuracy, grammar, spelling, and punctuation in all transcribed documents.
- Maintain strict confidentiality and data security protocols for all sensitive information.
- Collaborate with sales operations and lead management teams to refine transcription guidelines and improve data capture efficiency.
- Meet daily and weekly transcription volume and accuracy targets.
- Provide constructive feedback to enhance transcription tools and processes.
Required Skills
- Exceptional listening skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Proficiency in English grammar, spelling, and punctuation.
- Fast and accurate typing speed (60+ WPM).
- Ability to quickly process complex spoken information and identify critical insights.
- Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks.
- Comfortable working independently and maintaining productivity in a remote environment.
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with online collaboration tools.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in audio transcription, data entry, or administrative support roles.
- Familiarity with sales terminology, CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), or lead management processes.
- Experience using transcription software or AI-powered transcription tools.
- Associate's degree or equivalent work experience in a related field.
