Job Description
We are seeking a driven and technically inclined Junior Implementation Specialist with a focus on Netflix-related technologies to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be instrumental in deploying, configuring, and supporting innovative solutions for our clients in the media and entertainment industry. This position offers an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience with cutting-edge streaming technologies and contribute to projects that impact how content is delivered and consumed globally. You will work closely with senior specialists, project managers, and client stakeholders to ensure seamless integration and optimal performance of systems, with a particular emphasis on understanding and working within the Netflix ecosystem of APIs and delivery mechanisms.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the end-to-end implementation of new systems and features, ensuring alignment with project requirements and client expectations.
- Configure software applications and platforms, including integrations with third-party services relevant to content delivery and streaming.
- Provide technical support during and after implementation, troubleshooting issues and escalating complex problems to senior team members.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including technical specifications, deployment guides, and user manuals.
- Collaborate with project managers and client teams to define project scope, deliverables, and timelines.
- Participate in client meetings, understanding their needs, and translating business requirements into technical solutions.
- Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and provide training to end-users on newly implemented systems.
- Stay informed about the latest trends and advancements in streaming technology, particularly concerning Netflix's technical ecosystem.
Required Skills
- Basic understanding of API integrations (REST, SOAP).
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) concepts.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- A keen interest in media technology, streaming services, and the Netflix platform.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- Prior internship or project experience in a technical support or implementation role.
- Basic scripting skills (e.g., Python, JavaScript) for automation tasks.
- Familiarity with ticketing systems (e.g., Jira, ServiceNow).
- Understanding of project management principles and methodologies (Agile, Waterfall).
