Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and physically capable Beverage Distribution Worker to join our dynamic team in Wilmington, Delaware. In this critical role, you will be responsible for the efficient and safe loading and unloading of beverage trucks, ensuring products are accurately prepared for delivery to our valued customers. This position offers a fast-paced environment and a commitment to competitive compensation for dedicated individuals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Efficiently load and unload beverage products from delivery trucks using manual and powered equipment.
  • Verify product quantities and ensure accuracy of shipments against manifests.
  • Organize and stack products in designated warehouse areas.
  • Operate pallet jacks and other material handling equipment safely and effectively.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, adhering to all company safety policies and procedures.
  • Perform routine quality checks on products and report any discrepancies or damages.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve daily operational goals and deadlines.

Required Skills

  • Ability to lift and move heavy objects repeatedly (up to 50 lbs).
  • Strong attention to detail for verifying inventory and shipments.
  • Reliability and a strong work ethic.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment.
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
  • Basic mathematical skills for counting and inventory checks.

Preferred Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Previous experience in a warehouse, distribution, or logistics setting.
  • Forklift certification or experience operating similar warehouse equipment.
  • Experience with inventory management systems.
