Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Customer Support Representative specializing in 100% written correspondence to join our team in Reno, NV. In this crucial role, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, resolving inquiries, providing information, and ensuring a positive experience exclusively through email, chat, and other written communication channels. Key Responsibilities
- Manage and respond to customer inquiries and issues via email, chat, and internal ticketing systems in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide accurate information regarding UPS services, package tracking, billing, and general inquiries.
- Investigate and resolve customer complaints and complex issues, escalating when necessary.
- Document all customer interactions and resolutions thoroughly and accurately.
- Adhere to established service level agreements (SLAs) for response times and resolution rates.
- Collaborate with internal departments to gather information and ensure comprehensive solutions for customers.
- Maintain a high level of product and service knowledge to effectively assist customers.
