Job Description

Siemens Digital Industries Software is seeking a Creative Coherence Analyst to join our AI Quality Control team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for meticulously evaluating the creative and analytical outputs of our advanced AI models, identifying areas for improvement, and contributing to the refinement of their performance. Key Responsibilities
- Rigorously analyze AI-generated content (text, code, designs, etc.) for logical consistency, accuracy, factual correctness, and creative coherence.
- Identify and document inconsistencies, inaccuracies, biases, and areas where AI output deviates from expected quality standards or creative intent.
- Develop and apply detailed evaluation rubrics and guidelines for assessing AI performance in specific creative and analytical tasks.
- Provide actionable, constructive feedback to AI developers and machine learning engineers to guide model refinement and training.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, data scientists, and ethicists, to define and uphold AI quality benchmarks.
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI, natural language processing, and creative computing to inform evaluation strategies.
- Participate in the continuous improvement of AI quality control processes and methodologies.
