Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and professional Luxury Motorcoach Operator to join our elite team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating high-capacity luxury limousines and motorcoaches, ensuring safe, timely, and comfortable transportation for our VIP clients, corporate groups, and private event attendees throughout Jackson Hole and surrounding areas. This role requires exceptional driving skills, a strong commitment to customer service, and an impeccable professional demeanor. You will be an ambassador for our brand, providing an unforgettable luxury experience from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities
- Safely operate luxury motorcoaches and high-capacity limousines for scheduled routes, charters, and special events.
- Adhere strictly to all traffic laws, company policies, and safety regulations.
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections of vehicles, ensuring they are in immaculate condition and reporting any maintenance needs promptly.
- Assist passengers with loading and unloading luggage and ensuring their comfort and safety throughout the journey.
- Provide exceptional customer service, maintaining a professional, courteous, and discreet demeanor at all times.
- Maintain accurate trip logs, passenger manifests, and other required documentation.
- Ensure vehicles are kept clean, fueled, and prepared for each assignment.
- Navigate routes efficiently, utilizing GPS and local knowledge to select the best paths.
Required Skills
- Valid Class B Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with Passenger (P) endorsement and Airbrake restriction lifted.
- Minimum of 3 years of verifiable experience operating motorcoaches, large buses, or high-capacity limousines.
- Clean driving record (no major violations in the past 5 years).
- Excellent knowledge of DOT regulations and safe driving practices.
- Strong customer service and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Geographic familiarity with Jackson Hole, WY, and surrounding areas.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in luxury transportation or hospitality industry.
- First Aid and CPR certification.
- Ability to perform minor vehicle maintenance checks.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
